We have experience working with non-ferrous and ferrous metals in complex shapes.  All of our CNC equipment is maintained in a climate controlled environment to ensure that tolerances can be maintained. 

CNC Milling

Milling operations are performed on very precise CNC milling machines with the ability to develop parts up to 40” in length.  We have full 4^th axis capability.

CNC Lathe

Turning operations are performed on state of the art precision CNC lathes such as Mori Seiki and Miyano.  We can produce parts as small as .030” and as large as 14.5”.
